I’m Craig

Psychotherapy is my second career. After years in the branding and marketing world, I felt an urgent calling to pursue a path that better aligned with my values, my beliefs and my purpose. At the time, I was (and still am) deeply into a meditation practice. The profound insights I gained through this practice fueled my pursuit of career where I could incorporate the principles of mindfulness for the benefit of others — and simultaneously make a positive contribution to my community.

I began this journey in 2009, and feel incredibly grateful every day to be helping, to be healing, to be raising the level of consciousness for my clients (and myself).

When I’m not counselling, I like to get outside with my son: hiking, cycling, street hockey, playing.

I also live to rock climb. Seriously.

I’m a three-chord (maybe four) guitar hack, and love potato chips and singing out of key. I also have a deep fascination with Universe and our place in it, and actively pursue metaphysical, spiritual and occulted knowledge.

I maintain a meditation practice and attend retreats regularly.
